Südliche Hemisphäre #PassTheHandle Day

PassTheHandle is a movement that began to inspire others to share their passion for water sports with new entrants. Founded by Zane Schwenk and Shaun Murray and supported by the WSIA and countless water sports organizations, the initiative has become self-employed.

Last winter, #PassTheHandle created a special day for watersports south of the hemisphere. As the first day in the Southern Hemisphere, #PassTheHandle has become a worldwide movement that encourages participation throughout the boating community of Australia, South America and beyond. The first annual Southern Hemisphere #PassTheHandle has had a lasting impact on raising awareness in these areas, and the entire initiative now covers six continents.

With the second annual #PassTheHandle approaching Southern Hemisphere Day, we encourage everyone to warm their way to the water this Sunday, December 10, 2017.

This concept relies heavily on social media. Therefore, you will find that we use the # PassTheHandle hashtag every time you mention the movement.

Please join us on December 10, 2017 to teach you how to ride, ski or dive, and make sure you share your photos and videos with social media via the #PassTheHandle hashtag. It’s the best and easiest way to spread your love of water sports in the world.
